31st January - Alastair Fothergill Frozen Planet evening at the RGS

A big thank you to all of those who attended WFN's Frozen Planet evening at the Royal Geographical Society on 31st January. The Executive Producer of the BBC series, Alastair Fothergill, gave a wonderful presentation describing how the programmes were made and, following the show, joined guests for a drinks reception. Thank you too to artist Tanya Brett for donating her fantastic polar bear sculpture, which was awarded as first prize in the evening's raffle.
