Once you are ready to apply, please click the link below to download the Whitley Award Application Form & Guidance notes.  The application form is a word document that you can save to your computer and complete in your own time.  Once completed, it should be emailed to WFN as outlined on the form - DO NOT POST HAND WRITTEN APPLICATIONS.

Application for the 2012 Whitley Awards is now closed.

Please note that submitting your application in an email containing multiple attachments of large file size may result in delivery failure and your email not being received by WFN. Applications, images and supporting documents can be submitted across several emails if necessary. WFN will confirm receipt of all submitted applications with the sender. If you are unsure that your application has been submitted succesfully, please contact WFN.

Looking for a Continuation Funding Application Form?
